During Your Session

1.  The practitioner will review any information you have supplied regarding your health concerns.
2. Wear loose clothing to your appointment, as you will lie down or sit comfortably for approximately 30 – 60 minutes. If with an animal, the animal will be near by so it can be observed during the session.
3.  The practitioner will report the healing priorities that came up in your session.
4.  The practitioner will answer any questions you have regarding your session and how long it may take to notice any improvements.

What You Might Feel During Your Session

1.    Heat – energy changes result in heat being generated
2.    Coolness
3.    Tingling
4.    Sleepiness
5.    Lightness
6.    Heaviness
7.    Emotional release (for example, you may have unexplained tears)
8.    Momentary slight discomfort in different areas of the body
9.    Noises from stomach, as if you were hungry, but this is just the   body releasing energy, and is not painful.
10. Or, you may feel nothing; the session is still working
